ABORTION
This problem is one of the most controversial topics to talk about, there are some different points of view and each one has theirown ideas about abortion. But, why some women try to abort? In the movie Vera Drake we saw that the women wish abort for social reasons, forexample the ministers daughter, she only want to abort because she thought that the people would speak bad about her and her father, becausehis father was a very known person, and the fact that his child would be pregnant will destroy his reputation. Another reason why the womenabort is the fact that they didn´t had enough money to maintain a child in her own protection, there are women that are poor, or was abandonedby their husband, how nobody helps they, they decided to abort. In the movie we saw another case where a woman got pregnant by a man differentof her husband, she was married and she couldn’t have a child of a man out his marriage, it would be disgusting.
And which are theconsequences of abortion? Well there are some, one is a physiological consequence, the women that abort because they haven’t enough money, get verydepressed and sometimes they feels like a murder, a get more sad a confused, in some cases this situation could ends in a suicide. Anotherconsequence is the fact that a woman would be inability to have a child in the future if she wants, and this is a irreparable damage against her body.
