Considering Mexican ethics and values, death is morally wrong. Therefore, the killing of unborn fetuses is morally wrong as well. Abortions, this unethical practice of terminated unborn fetusesshould be illegal because it’s murder and life it’s a right. It has been seen as a controversial issue for hundreds of years. In 1803 the law changed and abortion became a criminal offense from the time ofconception with penalties of up to life imprisonment for both the pregnant woman and the abortionist.
Abortion brings the physical, psychological and social consequences, which affect differentsectors of the population that’s the case of the mother, her family and the baby who is the most important.
First of all the family suffers because of the damage that their relative lives, because of thepain of the surgery and most important the moral damage that this kind of decision causes to the woman.The family is an important support for the women and all the emotional damage that they sawsuuffering to the woman affects the relation between family and woman, or make stronger the love and the union.

Second of all the mother suffers pretty badly because in most of the cases their bodygets hurt for the reason that the instruments used to practice the abortion really damages the body. Moreover there are depressed and their body is not in condition to have a baby anymore.Besides allthe damages, we found that women who abort are more susceptibility to suicide, thanks of the depression that this action causes in women.Thats why the abortion is the sixth death in Mexico by eitherhealth or psychological causes
The last but not the less important is the life of the fetus. He really suffers a lot and it is morally and socialy wrong because you are killing a human being andeverybody deserves to live, it is stated in the Constitution.
