2.6. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK:
Quality Control:
The main objective of the Fisheries Sector is to obtain quality products profitably. To achieve this we must rely on information provided by a suitable control Quality, comprising from raw material to finished product used it so fulfilling the objective of ensuring that the finished product has the highest possible quality, given the market thathas to compete and will cost the consumer.
Origins and evolution of quality:
Prior to the formation of the first organized human nuclei of importance, people had few options to choose what they would eat, wear, where to live and how to live, everything depended on their hunting skills and management tools, and their strength and will, the user and the manufacturer were primitive, regularly, thesame individual. Quality Concept
Could be some confusion in the use of the word "quality" refers to fish products. For the seller of a product "quality" usually means that it belongs to, say, "aristocracy" and therefore its price is high. So caviar, turbot, lobster or barnacles are considered quality products, while sardines, mackerel or pout do not deservethe epithet.
