Academic advisement generally does not formally occur during the Summer term, however you should begin to plan now in order to make the most of youradvisement experience in the Fall. After completing this assignment, return it to your instructor then keep a printed copy for yourself!

Identify your academic advisement location andregistration dates
All students at Georgia Southern meet with an advisor every semester. Most first-year students are advised in one of the seven academic advisement centers on campus. To make the most ofadvisement it is also important to understand the registration calendar and important dates.
