Introduction: the process of Economic Globalization
The process of economic globalization can be defined as the trend toward bigger economy, cultural and technological interdependence between institutions and global economies, namely the integration of markets, technologies, modes ofproduction (Griffin and Pustay,2008) Historical evolution: this process of globalization from an economic point of view has evolved over a long period of time. From its primitive origins to the present. Stages can be distinguished :( Lasserre, 2007) Centuries ago: begin the process of globalization with the emergence of trade and exports. S. XVIII: begin the process of international investment ofcorporations, either to foreign countries or colonies within the same country. From 1960s: integration of activities for companies in different countries. This will increase due to new media and key policy changes, (disintegration of the URSS). From this time that happen the process of globalization.

Technological: technological changes have allowed this process. the emergence of modern transport, new medias . Competitive: there are several reasons for companies decide to undertake a process of internationalization, some are to acquire resources, new markets, reduce cost Social: theavailability of a lifestyle though different media globally. Allowing the sale of similar products in all markets. Institutions of Globalization: they are World Bank, International Monetary Found, World Trade Organization, and United Nations.

Presentation of the ACS Corporation
ACS Corporation is a world reference as a company in constructionactivities, environmental, concessions and energetic activities. Headquartered is in Madrid, and its CEO is Florentino Perez. Today, according to Forbes Magazine, ACS is the second construction worldwide. (La Razon, 2009) Its history began in 1983, when a group of engineers acquire Pardos S.A. Its historical evolution is summarized: small civil works to international company. (Cinco Dias, 2010). This isshown in the following graph:
