Abstract
The main goal of this research is to maketeachers become aware of the existence of a modern way of teaching called The Eclectic Approach. It will be demonstrated that they have used this approach without knowing in order to benefit their student’s learning process. This is necessary due to the fact that students internalize knowledge in different ways according to their learning style which will vary from student to student, so the use ofonly one approach will not engage everybody’s attention to facilitate the knowledge acquisition. It will provide important concepts that will be helpful for interested teachers who would like to update their daily work. As students have changed through the years, teachers must do it as well to keep track of the several transformations they and the educational system have suffered.
IntroductionCosta Ricans are worried about the future citizens that will lead our country. That is why parents trust teachers their offspring. They assign teachers a very important job; to educate those young minds in many ways. Here we find one of the main concerns of this task, are teachers ready to do so. Is a teacher ready to get to each mind, to each heart, and to change our country through them? Thatis a hard question to answer. Sometimes teachers are unaware of their broad profile, and they take for granted many things. One of those is to think that the way you teach will be effective and will be meaningful for everybody in the classroom. There are different learning styles and different types of students. The teacher’s responsibility is to take into account these variables to engagestudents with a variety of activities, especially to visual and auditory learners, so they can perform in a better way. Teachers can benefit their students using the Eclectic Approach. This approach combines different methodologies, techniques, and activities in order to fulfill all the students’ needs and expectations. So at the end the whole educational process will be successful.
ObjectivesGeneral Objective:
* To help teachers become aware that the use of just one methodology for teaching visual and auditory students is not efficient for English acquisition.
Specific Objectives:
* To identify different methods that could help students to acquire knowledge.
* To show teachers that the use of an Eclectic Approach can improve the students’ learning process.
* Tofacilitate visual and auditory students’ learning process by using the Eclectic Approach.
* To promote the use of different activities to the daily teaching practice.
Methodology

We are going to develop an interview, a survey, and a bibliographic research.
In the case of the interview, we are going to ask ten teachers from different institutions and levels. The interview will have at least a minimum of thirteen questions. The interview is going to be about the teaching approaches that they prefer to develop in their classrooms. Also we are going to take into...
