ACTITUD DE LAS FAMILIAS HACIA EL PROCESO DE PARTICIPACION COMUNITARIA EN LOS COMITES DE SALUD EN HIGUERON SAN FELIPE ESTADO YARACUY

RESUMEN

La presente investigación describe la actitud de las familias hacia el proceso de participación comunitaria en los comités de salud, Higuerón San Felipe, Estado Yaracuy. La misma se fundamento en unestudio de campo de carácter descriptivo con un diseño no experimental de tipo transaccional. Se fundamento teóricamente en los postulados de la teoría cognitivo-conductual de Bandura y Beck. Para ello se considero una muestra de 30 por ciento (27 familias) de la población del sector I de la Urbanización de Higuerón. Para la recolección de información se utilizo un cuestionario estructurado conuna escala tipo likert, el cual fue validado a través del juicio de expertos y para medir la confiabilidad se aplico una prueba piloto a un grupo de sujetos con características similares a la muestra, los datos obtenidos fueron procesados por medio del coeficiente de Cronbach, obteniendo un valor de consistencia de 0.88. Para el análisis de la información se tomo en cuenta tablas de frecuencias, seelaboraron las conclusiones donde queda evidenciado la actitud de desagrado hacia la integración a los comités de salud. Los encuestados mostraron una actitud de ignorancia ante los requisitos para conformar los comités de salud, misión, visión y objetivos de estas organizaciones de base comunitaria. Igualmente manifestaron que las mismas siempre tienen una connotación política partidista, por loque no responde a los intereses de la mayoría de la comunidad en los asuntos de salud, solicitar asesoría y orientación al máximo entre rector en el estado y conformar equipos multidisciplinario para educar a las comunidades en lo referente a la participación comunitaria en salud.

Abstract

The present investigation describes the attitude of the families towards the process of community participation in the committees of health in Higuerón, San Felipe, Yaracuy state. This one has been based in a fieldstudy of descriptive character with a non-experimental design of transactional type. This one bases theoretically on the postulates of the cognitive behavioral theory by Bandura and Beck. For this it was considered a sample of 30 per cent (27 families) of the population of the sector I, of Higueron's urbanization. For the compilation of information has been used A structured questionnaire with aLikert-type scale, which one was validated by means of the expert judgment and To measure the reliability it was applied a test pilot to a group of subjects with similar characteristics to the sample, the obtained information was processed By means of Cronbach's Alpha Reliability Coefficient obtaining a value of consistency of 0.88. For the analysis of the information it was borne in mind tables offrequencies the conclusions were elaborated where the attitude remains demonstrated of displeasure towards the integration to the committees of health. The polled ones showed an attitude of ignorance before the requirements to shape the committees of health, mission, vision and the aims of these organizations of community base. Equally they demonstrated that always they have a political partisanconnotation, for what it doesn't answer to the interests of the majority of the community in the matters of health, to request advising and orientation to the maximum between rector in the state and to shape teams multidisciplinary to educate to the communities in what concerns the community participation in health.
