The Owner has the option to terminate this Agreement or increase the Guest Fee at our discretion for the entire term of occupancy if there is evidence indicating one or more additional persons may be occupying the Property. DEPOSIT: A deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required at the time reservation is made. This deposit shall be used to secure the use of theProperty and for cleaning upon booking $35.00 for the Term and the performance of the Guest's obligations under this agreement . A week before check-in, the balance of the Guest Fee shall be due in full by making the payment online to our Pay Pal account.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the Property. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the owners having the option toimmediately terminate this Agreement, increase the Guest Fee and/or assess a service charge of $20. 00 plus the costs of cleaning and repairs, which Guest agrees will be billed to the Guest's credit card or other violations of this agreement. PETS: We are pleased to have you and your pet staying with us for $20.00 extra per night., maximum of 2 pets are allowed under the following terms: Pets aredefined as domestic dogs and cats not to exceed 50lbs Pets must be kept in their kennel when alone in the house. Pets are not allowed to sleep or sit in beds or sofa. Additional fees may apply if deep cleaning is needed or repairs need to be made due to stains or damage to any part of the house.
