The Adidas Group in 2008 declined to 19 percent of the factories that were submitted as candidates to be their suppliersfor violating labor standards of the group, developed by the company to prevent labor exploitation in its supply chain developing a training program in Management Systems Human Resources for itssuppliers in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand, for to review and improve channels of communication with employees to identify cases of violations of labor standards. My standards of work are based oncore ILO conventions and continue to show leadership in its efforts to protect labor rights in China. Adidas working in new methods to creating better working conditions.
