Of the OTHER PART AND WHEREAS The Employer holds out himself to be competent and qualified to carry out the Employment as mentioned below efficiently and comprehensively underthis Agreement: 1. The Employee shall be appointed as Licensed Aircraft Engineer in GMG Airlines Limited for a period of 01 (One) year Commencing from ___________ till. This Contact is extendable andrenewable, if it is agreed by both the parties in writing. The working Base for the Employee will be at Dhaka, Bangladesh. However, the Employee may be required work from any other place of the world asand when it is required by the Employer. 2. GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

The Employee shall carry out his job efficiently, diligently and to his best of his ability in the capacity of a LAE inaccordance with the Company‟s Service Rules and the guidelines which will be issued from time to time by the Employer. It shall be the duty of the Employee to be fully conversant with these rules,regulations and guidelines and to carry out his service in accordance with such rules, regulations, guidelines and instructions. The Employer shall from time to time carry out investigations to find outwhether such rules, regulations and guidelines have been properly observed by the Employee and if required, the compiled by the Employee. The Employer reserves the right to issue new rules, regulations andguidelines to the Employee from time to time.
