La compañía se está expandiendo, y la fabrica actualse esta convirtiendo rápidamente demasiado pequeño para hacer frente al aumento de la producción. Hace unos meses se decidió que la empresa tendría que construir una ampliación a la fábrica actual. Un arquitecto, el Sr. Norman Phillipson, fue llamado y dado el trabajo. Se elaboraron los planes y la empresa solicitó un IDC , que se concede por la Junta de Comercio. Esto fue concedido a condiciónde que los depósitos de combustible y la pintura se coloca en una posición diferente. Las autoridades son muy estrictas en ver que ciertas reglas se obedecen. Los posibles riesgos para la salud y la seguridad son consideradas cuidadosamente. Cuando la nueva extensión Harper & Grant está construido sobre el área existente tendrán más tresbahías , pero el combustible presente y Tiendas de Pinturaestaría demasiado cerca de la nueva extensión. Como estos dos materiales son altamente inflamables, se consideró que un incendio podría propagarse a la nueva extensión muy fácilmente. La propuesta de la tienda de pintura nueva estará protegido por la 

FiREP pared techo de la fábrica principal. La Autoridad de Planificación del Condado también tendrá que aprobar los planes.
El actual directorgeneral , Héctor subvención , ha convocado a una reunión de un comité que se trata de la nueva ampliación, con la presente arquitecto, para discutir el progreso. Sr. Grant es el Presidente a cargo de la reunión.También asistieron Peter Wiles son, gerente de producción, John Martin, Gerente de Ventas , Buckhurst William, el Secretario de la Sociedad , yHampden Ian, quien es el Gerente de Personal . Lareunión está a punto de comenzar .

The company is expanding, and the current factoryis quickly becoming too small to cope with the increased production. A few months ago it was decided that the company would have to build an extension to the current factory. An architect, Mr. Norman Phillipson, was called and given the job. Plans were developed and applied an IDC company, which is granted by the Board of Trade. This was granted on condition that the fuel and the paint is placedin a different position. The authorities are very strict in seeing that certain rules are obeyed. The potential risks to health and safety are considered carefully. When the new extension Harper & Grant is built on the existing area will have more three bays, but the remaining fuel and Paint Stores would be too close to the new extension. As these two materials are highly flammable, it wasconsidered that a fire could spread to the new extension very easily. The proposed new paint shop is protected by

The current CEO, Hector Grant, has convened a meeting of a committee that is the new expansion, with this architect, to discuss progress. Mr. Grant is the president in charge of themeeting. Also attending are Peter Wiles, production manager, John Martin, Sales Manager, William Buckhurst, the Secretary of the Company, and Hampden Ian, who is the Chief of Staff. The meeting is about to begin.
