AEROBICS

The aerobics or aerobics is a type of aerobic sport that is performed to the music. The aerobics meets all the benefits of aerobic exercise,exercise plus physical abilities such as flexibility, coordination, direction, rhythm, etc... The club has been and remains very popular among women, althoughmore and more men who practice it, leaving aside the topic on which is a women's sport. The pace of aerobics sessions varies depending on the age of the audiencewho practice it. The songs used mark the intensity at each point in the class. The aerobic exercise should also include heating and stretching. Other formsof this sport, as practiced in the pool (may be called water aerobics), which incorporates a low altitude platform (step), or that combines aerobic exercisewith muscle toning.
In 1968, Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper introduced a type exercise to train the heart and lungs and broke ground on the concept of aerobics in theUnited States. His book Aerobics gymnastics training led to aerobic exercise. The first aerobics practices are related to the military, since Dr. Kenneth H.Cooper was a doctor in the Air Force of the United States of America. Until the early nineties aerobics did not become popular activity that is today
