I chose this profession because I love the sky, and to have to opportunity to work insomething that interests me and has new things every day is an incredible experience. Aerospace engineering is important because it is one of the primary branches of engineering concerned with thedesign, construction and science of aircrafts and space crafts. It helps companies like NASA to discover new things in the atmosphere.

The Politecnic University of Puerto Rico (PURP) is a private,non-profit institute founded in September 1966. It is currently the largest private Engineering School in Puerto Rico & the largest Private Hispanic Serving Engineering School in the United Statesand its territories. Their main academic disciplines are Engineering (seven pograms), Geomatic Sciences, Architecture, Computer Sciences and Business Administration (four majors).

Location:Their main campus is located in Hato Rey S.J., PR. It also opened new campuses in Miami & Orlando, Fl.
