not to confuse with any other AGGRESSOR from all over the world and not to confuse with thrash or thrash-black metal.

after change their name from Goat Madness in 2008, aggressor decide to taketheir name from HORUS/AGGRESSOR song by Hellhammer from their ep APOCALYPTIC RAIDS. the band split up after their release in may of 2008th, the band released a home recorded demo tape from arehearsal session in 2008 released through Desaster Records (after Desaster Prod.) in an extremely limited version. after, andres caicedo (aggressor) decide to reform it with other people with true metallove and conviction. in august of 2008th join to the band satanachist, a friend of aggressor to play the guitar and both know they want a thrash metal band with total old school style, in the completeword sense, with no leader, with the "power-trio" line-up and a raw sound free of technicism and virtuosism. influenced by ultra metal (metal medallo school, a colombian genre), old thrash, black anddeath brasilian and european metal school. they decide to play their own songs and not the same covers than other bands (actually, they decide knowadays not to play any cover, only own songs). manydrummers joined but nobody was permanent because of lot of reasons, including a guiarrist. during this time, chanfle guitarist and vocalist from specimens (thrash metal) joined as lead/rythm sessionsguitar and he plays live with the band in september 15th/2009, deathhammer leaves the band after this concert. after many time, in the looking for a permanent drummer, frey forero (sickpunisher) vocalistfrom terrorist mind and drummer from guerra total joins to the band in september of 2009. the band was finally reformed, by te moment and playing in several concerts most of them organized by DesasterProd. (an independent label founded by aggressor to auto-promote the band and support the raw & underground scene ).
