Alan Veingrad
Alan Veingrad was child who loved playing football but he was not very good at studying. His coach and friend told him that he could be a great player if he doesn’t just play, butshe study the formulas, work in team and don’t just look at the ball and the grass, he also should have a goal in life. This lesson made a turn in his life twice. This is his story, which is divided, in2 completely different persons.
He was a standout football player at East Texas State University, yet he was not drafted into the NFL. Alan persevered, demonstrating an unbelievable determinationto succeed. The Green Bay Packers eventually signed him as a free agent where he played for five seasons. Alan later joined the Dallas Cowboys, who sought leadership and experience for their offensiveline, and remained in Dallas for two seasons where he became a Super Bowl champion in 1992.after his retirement of the NFL he became a successful business man who life a non responsibilities lifeuntil one day that his Jewish orthodox cousin invite him for diner. his cousin almost begs him he to go to a torah class in a luxurious were he actually didn’t pay attention imagining that it was hishouse and he was making a great party there. At that moment the Rab. told him that he couldn’t live her life being materialistic and that he have to have a goal and a way to go.
The Rab. Words rememberhim his coach, realize that he was true and that the Tora weren’t only old stories but that it is also a teaching life book. Alan begins studying Tora and comply it commands. Now eight years latterhe is very orthodox, has a better life and loves telling his story so that people reconsider what is right in life.
In my opinion what he do is very good because him as many people of the worldthings that having money and not responsibilities is equal to having the best life but actually it is true that you have to have a goal in life to have a reason to wake up every day and not just...
