1. RESUMEN Y PALABRAS CLAVES
El presente trabajo da cuenta de un diagnóstico organizacional realizado en lacomunidad de Mazumiapan Chico, municipio de Soteapan, Veracruz. En esta localidad hace falta un estudio como este tipo de diagnóstico que ayude a visualizar las formas de organización social y participación por parte de la población que la conforma. Por esta razón esta investigación intenta registrar información para su conocimiento en la región. El trabajo fue de carácter exploratorio basado en unametodología cualitativa. Para ello, se diseñaron instrumentos como guiones de entrevistas, encuestas y de observación, además se contó con un diario de campo para recolectar información que facilitaron el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. A partir de este proceso se obtuvieron: una cartografía social, un diagrama de Venn y un mapa de actores del lugar de estudio. Con base en lo anterior, selogró tener una mirada objetiva hacia la comunidad de trabajo del tema en cuestión.

This work shows an organizational assessment conducted in Chico Mazumiapan community, municipality of Soteapan, Veracruz. In this town need a study on this type of diagnosis to help visualize the forms of social organizationand participation by the population that constitutes it. For this reason, this research attempts to record information for knowledge in the region. The exploratory work was based on a qualitative methodology. To do this, we designed instruments as scripts of interviews, surveys and observation, and it had a field diary to collect information that facilitated the fulfillment of the objectives. Fromthis process were obtained: social mapping, Venn diagram and a map of the study area actors. Based on the above, it was possible to have an objective look into the working community of the subject matter.
