Hasta donde yo sé las palabras están y estén llevan siempre acento o tilde.Aquí está la conjugación del verbo estar para fines de verificación.

Esta, sin acento o tilde, es un pronombre demostrativo. Está, con acento, es la conjugación del verbo estar, en presente de latercera persona singular.
