EVALUACION DE LAEFICACIA DE LA CAPACITACION
Para garantizar la eficacia de la capacitacion. el instructor realizara una evaluación apoyandose de cualquier medio que considereoportuno, siempre y cuando recolecte información cuantitativa según sea el tema de la capacitacion con el fin de obtener un promedio de cahficacion total de lacapacitacion el cual debe superar el 90%. de 5,0.
