Our technician team has already study the video taken by your customer.
They find the following points:
All the description of the principle for the machines is right.
About the piping connectionproblems.
1. The steam outlet piping connect to the boiler is too high. They have to let it lower, otherwise the steam water is hard to flow out.
2. We did not find the warm keeping steam back pipe.It seems that they did not connect the warm keeping pipe to the steam water discharge valve.
3. We did not connect the vacuum piping (water outlet) like this, but we think it is no problem.
Aboutthe position of the valve.
1. About the steam water discharge valve, at the beginning, it is open, after the steam water flowing away, just open a little.
2. At the beginning, the position of thevacuum adjust valve is open, when need to get the vacuum, then close to the suitable position.After cooking, first full open the adjust valve, then stop the vacuum pump. It means that when not using thevacuum pump, the adjust valve is full open.
About the steam leaking problems.
1. Because when there is some water in the pre-heater (in the syrup coil pipe), when open the pre-heater steam valve,the water is heating, and when 100C, there will be some steam go to the micro-film cooker and the vacuum pump. It is normal, no problem, when start the vacuum, there will no more steam. In this case,the steam is not so much, please check whether it is like this.
2. If there is no water in the pre-heater(no water in the product pipe), but there is also lots of steam go to the micro-film cooker andvacuum pump, then we think there will be some parts leaking in the pre-heater. If really like this, you have to open the pre-heater and check the coil pipe, whether there is some leaking in the pipe.But this problem is hard to occur, as we have tested before assembling.
 
P.S, Before starting the vacuum pipe, please be sure the water supply is working, because the vacuum pump is water...
