Alfredo Gangotena
After he finished his studies, he started working as General Manager at Procter and Gamble inEurope. Gangotena gained valuable marketing experience. He worked at Procter and Gamble for 13 years. During that time he has gone abroad to England, Germany, Sweden and United States to take on hisjob’s responsibilities.
In 1992 he had been married for 31 years and he has two daughters. Gangotena is the kind of person that likes searching for strange and new opportunities. He accepted thevice-presidency at The Walt Disney Company. His labor in this company was the positioning of the Disney amusement park in Paris.
Gangotena has the abilities and knowledge to lead big groups using newstrategies and methods. Walt Disney Park went from 8.5 million annual visitors to 12 million during his vice presidency.
In 1995 Alfredo was held as Chief Executive Officer at UniversalMusic-PolyGram in France. He also was the President of Henkel Group at Asia. He was responsible of 30 countries and 1 000 million dollars. 5 years after, he doubled this amount and introduced 80 brand’s companyinto Chinese market.
Alfredo Gangotena has been the Chief Marketing Officer of MasterCard Worldwide since April 6, 2010. Gangotena has extensive general management and international marketingexpertise. He served as the Global Products and Solutions Lead for MasterCard in Europe, where he coordinated plans for product development, sales, marketing, communications and MasterCard Advisors....
