INTRODUCTION

The job interview is a proprietary tool of recruitment and selection of staff is a verbal interrogation is performed in an applicant orcandidate for a job in order to determine if it is suitable for the post.

This is based on the realization of open questions which allow us to obtain information from the applicant to help us determine if you meet the requirements for the position, if it fits the culture or environment of the company and, ultimately, if it is the most suitable for the position.

The questions asked during ajob interview can be scheduled in advance, however, for a better assessment of the candidate, must improvise and conduct the interview responses according to whom it is given.

It is important to remember that job interviews are usually short, and in them we postulate company to try to get an idea of us as individuals and professional potential, so it is important to project the best image thatcan be especially demonstrate, if possible, so that we are the ideal for the position and the company, as this fits perfectly with us, because in many cases, companies are looking for people that in addition to good training, to adapt smoothly to work environment and the bulk of the employees that currently exist.
