1. Age structure- Percentage of the population (or number of people of each sex) at each age level in apopulation.
2. Birth rate-is typically the rate of births in a population over time.
3. Crude Birth rate- is the number of live births per 1,000 people peryear.
4. Crude death rate- the number of deaths per 1,000 people per year
5. Cultural carrying capacity- the maximum number of species of idividuals an area canhold
6. Death rate- a measure of the number of deaths
7. Demographic- transition refers to the transition from high birth and death rates to low birth and deathrates as a country develops from a pre-industrial to an industrialized economic system.
8. Family planning- is the planning of when to have children and the useof birth control and other techniques to implement such plans. Other techniques commonly used includesexuality education,[3][4] prevention and management of sexuallytransmitted infections,[3] pre-conception counseling[3] and management, and infertility management.[2]
9. Fertility rate- represents the number of children that would beborn to a woman if she were to live to the end of her childbearing years
10. Infant mortality rate- is the number of infants dying before reaching one year of age, per1,000 live births in a given year
