my Curry piensa que su vida apesta. Su madre decide mudarse
de California a Connecticut para comenzar de nuevo, justo en el
últimoaño escolar de Amy. Su padre murió recientemente en un
accidente de auto. Entonces, Amy se embarca en un viaje de carretera para
escapar de todo, dejando atrás la casa que siempre ha conocido para ir a su
nueva vida. Junto a ella viajará Roger, el hijo de una vieja amiga de la madre
de Amy. Ella no lo ha visto en años, y no está encantada con la idea de
conducir todo el país con un chico queapenas conoce. Así que se sorprende
al enamorarse de él, en el camino. Al mismo tiempo, hace las paces con la
muerte de su padre y tratará de regresar su vida a como era antes del
accidente.
