ANALISIS DE LEY DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO
DEL ESTADO DE COLIMA

CAPITULO I
DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

ARTICULO 1o.- La presente Ley es de orden público y de interés social y tiene por objeto regular:
a).- Las controversias de carácter administrativo y fiscalque se susciten entre las autoridades del Estado, de los Municipios, así como de los organismos paraestatales, paramunicipales y descentralizados con los particulares.
b).- Las controversias de igual naturaleza que surjan entre el Estado y los Municipios o de éstos entre sí.
c).- La integración, competencia y funcionamiento del Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
