Cambios Propuestos:
1. Opción1: Dejar la tub. de Øtbg1 = 2-7/8”.
2. Opción2: Dejar toda la tub. de Øtbg1 = 3-1/2”.
Procedimiento de Aplicación
1.
Determinar que componentes se pueden cambiar.
2.Seleccionar el componente a ser optimizado:
TUBING DE PRODUCCIÓN: Øtbg1 = 2-7/8” y Øtbg2 = 2-3/8”.
3.
Seleccionar el nodo adecuado:
NODO EN EL PUNTO DE AHUSAMIENTO.
4.
Desarrollar las expresiones de Inflow y Outflow para el nodo seleccionado:
TUBING DE PRODUCCIÓN:
Øtbg1= 2-7/8” (3500ft) + Øtbg2=2-3/8” (1500ft).
5.
Determinar las caídas de presión que causan los componentes del sistema actual.
6.Graficar el Inflow y el Outflow del nodo.
7.
Cambiar el componente seleccionado para ser optimizado:
OPCIÓN1: Øtbg1 = 2-7/8” (3500ft).
OPCIÓN2: Øtbg1 = 3-1/2” (3500ft).
8.
Desarrollar las nuevas expresiones de Inflow y/o Outflow.
Determinar la caída de presión que causa el nuevo componente.
Graficar los nuevos Inflow y/o Outflow del nodo con el componente cambiado.

Para el nodo cambiando los componentes propuestos: Tubings de Producción
2. OPCIÓN2: TUBING DE PRODUCCIÓN:
Øtbg1= 3-1/2” (3500ft) + Øtbg2=2-3/8” (1500ft).
Este cambio significa que se retiraría la tubería de 2-7/8”que esta ubicada desde
cabeza hasta 3500ft de profundidad (OUTFLOW del nodo) y serían reemplazada por
3500ft de tubería de 3”. El INFLOW sigue igual (1500ft de tubería de 2-3/8”).
