PROLOGO

El propósito de este manual es que el alumno cuente con una herramienta integrada por diferentes temas y conceptos que le ayuden a aclarar sus ideas, despejar dudas y a crear sus propios diseños de procedimientos, utilizando diversas técnicas de diagramación, que en un futuro le permita desarrollar a un mas sus habilidades en el desempeño de su labor profesional.

Todoorganismo social requiere de personas especializadas en tales técnicas para agilizar la información evitar duplicidad de funciones, desperdicios de material, papelería, o demoras etc.

Este manual fue laborado específicamente para alumnos que cursan la asignatura de “Análisis y Diseño de Procedimientos aunque también puede ser utilizado por personas que quieran conocer las técnicas deprocedimiento”.

Dedico mi agradecimiento a los alumnos del 4º semestre grupo B de la Lic. en Informática Administrativa por su apoyo en la elaboración de este documento, así como también a los alumnos del 3º semestre A y B de la Lic. Sistemas Computacionales, correspondiente al periodo semestral Septiembre 99/ Enero 2000.
