Every book or article I’ve read about the economic situation in the world, mention that we have been through by different crisis with bigconsequences; but we have gone ahead despite this, the economy get recovered again and we continued consuming, producing and borrowing;
The truth is that we never get recovered 100%, namely, there’smore unemployment, debts, bigger crisis, more depression in the economy, etc. and why? It supposed that is the opposite every time we get recovered. As a first problem: Politicians, economists andbusiness leaders, tell us that the crisis in the United States is just a temporary problem, something went wrong but they are going to resolve it and everything it’s going to be okay, the government hasbecome master of making bad economic news look like good economic news.
A second problem: the document “Crash Proof” mentioned: “Because Americans are not saving and producing but are borrowing andconsuming, we have become precariously dependent on foreign suppliers and lenders. As a result, we are facing an imminent monetary crisis.” The people I already mentioned are those who are in chargeof the economy, and they have a low social responsibility, they look for their own interests, and this is one of the main problems about the economy crisis in the United States, also because thecredit rating agencies are corrupted.
A third problem: the dollar is collapsing. Since Bretton Woods decided to implement the dollar as a global currency backed by gold it facilitates the trade withforeign countries, but now they are talking about combine the dollar and the euro as a foreign currencies, people do not trust in dollar anymore.
The North America economy is in a recession, namely, asit is based on decisions made by politicians and business leaders, it's also based by the people consumption and saving, and none of above have been taken serious nor accomplished and if we continued...
