And Historical Perpective On Law
-Today I´m going to talk about the main differences between the Spanish Law and the Australian Law, while the Spanishderives from the Roman law, the Australian law derives from the Britain law or Common Law , and also I would like to talk about how I became a lawyer, the reasons and what I can expect it.
-First, Iprefer to talk about why I became a lawyer, I don´t know if it is a tradition or conversely it is in my family genes, because my parents, my siblings and me are lawyers. In fact, I decided to be alawyer because for me was the easiest choice, due to I could have help from my brothers and my parents and then when I will finish It will be easier find a job as a lawyer, otherwise it will be moredifficult for me to get another job. At the beginning I didn´t like so much Law, because the two first courses were so boring with many introductory subject like Philosophy of law, History of law Roman lawand many more, but the next three courses were more interesting with practical subjects like criminal law, business law, tax law, procedural law that are the reality of the law. Even with thisfinancial crisis, lawyers in my country don´t have problems to find a job, so when I will go back to Spain I expect to get a job, but It depends on many possibilities, because one of the reason why I camehere is learn English in order to get international business scholarship, although there are many requirements the most important is knowing English properly. If I don´t get this scholarship, I willtry to find a job as a lawyer, however, I haven´t decided anything yet.
Moreover, the other topic that I want to talk about is the main differences between Spanish law and Australian law. Australianlaw follows the common law system, which are formed by a set of laws, but this laws can be interpreted in a different way by judges, so the judicial decision can be ambiguous, because it depends on...
