He had become MP for Kansas for 3 years. During the war, he worked as a surgeon, where he could work with alive people, thiswas the most frustrating experience, because the people died and He couldn´t do anything to save their lives with his
knowledge. So. He started arebellion against the medician that work then because the people died and the doctors couldn´t do anything. That frustration was evident when, after the warended, several family members die of an epidemic of meningitis. So he study the anatomy. He wanted to known the physiology to found the mechanicalexplication of how work the the organs, to understood mechanically how to work with the pathologies of the moment with more effectivity.
He was a famousdoctor and he was rich because he had agricultural things,
He gave some land to the city to create a university.
He was a part of the citizens that hadthe responsibility to control this operation. while increasingly interested in and practice the manual method in treating their patients.
Hisworkmates critic Andrew because his method was few orthodox. The social pressure was very strong, so Andrew moved to Krisville. He was alone and he had a lot ofproblems because he didn´t have money.
