Most business owners and managers are unable to update these systems on their own, so theymust contract with an outside agency to set up the system. Technical support costs may also be necessary for these systems.

2. Computerized accounting systems typically require trainingnew employees on how to use these programs. Additional training time can slow down a company's accounting process. Older employee may also refute to learn how to manage new computer programs orapplications because they lack basic computer skills.
