Einleitung
Bei der Blutgruppenbestimmung können Immunglobulin-Beladung auf den Erythrozyten, Bestandteile im Serum die eine Zell-Aggregation hervorrufen, Fibringerinnsel in derErythrozytensuspension oder Zusätze mit hohem Proteingehalt im Reagenz eine falsche Agglutination verursachen. Es ist deshalb wichtig, bei der Blutgruppenbestimmung die Erythrozyten gleichzeitig mit einem immunologisch inerten Reagenz mit gleicher Zusammensetzung wie das Antiserum, aber ohne Antikörper, zu testen. “DiaClon Rhesus control” ist ein solches inertes Reagenz und deshalb eine ideale negativeKontrolle für die Rh-Bestimmung mit DiaClon Reagenzien.

Introduction

Vorzugsweise sollte die Probengewinnung in den Antikoagulantien Citrat, EDTA oder CPD-A erfolgen. Native Proben (kein Antikoagulanz) können auch verwendet werden.
