Ejercicio Práctico

The word comes from the Latin ad management 'to' , 'address' , ' trend ' and minister 'subordination ', ' obedience ', ' serve ', and means ' one who performs a function under the command of another '; ie ' one who provides a service to another ', ' to serve another '- society , making itmore productive ( efficient) for the fulfillment of its objectives (effectiveness) - .1
Considering the above definition , it can then be said that :
• Planning : The process that begins with thevision that the person leading an organization , the mission of the organization , setting goals , strategies and organizational policies , using as a tool the strategic map , all this considering thestrengths / weaknesses of the organization and the opportunities / threats of context ( SWOT Analysis ) . Planning covers the long term ( 5 to 10 or more years), medium term ( between 1 and 5 years)and short term, where the annual budget is developed in more detail . At present the continuous changes generated by social, political , climatic, economic, technological, generate a turbulentenvironment where planning is difficult and time thereof are shortened , and require organizations to review and refine their plans as systematic and ongoing .
• Organize : Answer the questions Who willperform the task involves designing the organization chart defining responsibilities and obligations, how are you going to do the job , when are you going to do , by design ? ? business process, 2 whichdefine how to perform tasks and in what time sequence ; ultimately organize coordinate and synchronize .
• Direct : The ability to influence or persuasion exercised by the leadership on individuals...
