Since the appearance of Apple in the world, the computer industry changed
significantly. It was the biggest computer innovation, that pretended capture
more clients are possible, save their confidence, increase their sells and also
make Apple known all over the world.
All these Apple’s strategies were achieved thanks thedifferential system applied in their action. Apple Inc. has many competitive advantages. But the main one is the capacity to innovate with an industrial design, security, high-quality bundled software, technical elegance, customers love and easy-to-use. Also these products are more versatile than competitors who have difficulties to clone it. In fact, this helps to differentiate the company from therest. Moreover, these features had made that apple products are highly valued by the customer and contributed to the success of Apple in the computer industry.
In 1976, when Steve Jobs opened his first computer circuit, Apple I, the first
thing he did it was work with clever people, who can improve his business.
These persons were Mike Markkula and Wozniak, people who knew manage
well computerbusiness and also introduce innovative systems and create new
and modern products to attract more clients. It was the first advantage for
Apple.
The other advantage was to bring easy-to-use computer, which could facilitate
the use of computers out of the box. It was the Apple’s revolution that increases
the PC’s sells and also its benefits. This fact drove Apple to be an industryleader.
Apple’s products are free of viruses, it reports to consumer an advantage when
they have to choose it versus a competitor product. It makes Apple products
very safe.
Despite the exit, Apple started to have problems when IBM entered to market.
The IBM’s computers were the biggest competence for Apple, but they don’t

Later, in 1984, Apple introduced its new product called Macintosh, the computer
that was super easy in using it, well designed and has a technical elegance,
but it doesn’t resulted successful, so Apple had to looking for new advantages
which could rescue the company from the losses. The solution was brought by
Sculley whoproposed to make Apple a leader in desktop and he moved it into
the corporate world. Apple combined superior software and peripherals to make
it back to occupy the top position on the market and it worked, sells increased
notably.
The Apple’s products were typically designed using unique chips, disk drives
and monitors as well as unusual shapes for its computers’ chassis. Thecompany also developed its own proprietary OS that it bundled with the Mac, its
own application software and many peripherals.
Another Apple’s advantage was that its products were more versatile than
comparable IBM-compatible machines.
Since the moment when Apple started to control all aspects of its computer, it
could offer customers a complete desktop solution, including hardware,
software andperipherals that allowed customers plug and play. All these facts
moved Apple’s costumers to love their Macs, instead, the majority of IBM
users putted up with their machines. The love of their costumers allowed Apple
to sell its products at a premium price, which fact made that its benefits
increased significantly.
The biggest advantages of Apple were that they could invent high-qualityproducts, with different design and great systems which were very attractive for
the clients. Despite the fact, that the prices were notably high, client continued
buying their products and also they were very loyal.
