Application of hyperbolas

Well I don’t know a lot of hyperbolas, but the internet does, whit a little research I found there a lot of use in real life for the hyperbola,here are a few examples I found I will explain a little abut each one of them.

1-Tracking particles in particle physics: This is in physics and is the act of tracking and measuring the magnitudeand direction of particles momentum.

2-The sonic Boom: Well if you don’t know what a sonic boom is when and object in this case or in a normal case a airplane reaches the speed of sound, when thathappened a Boom is made that is a really loud sound, when that happened a hyperbola is made for the tip of the jet here is a picture, you can see the hyperbolas and all the stuff inside the hyperbolasis the lost sound the jet cant hear. So the hyperbolas was use to understand how the Sonic Boom work how what happened when it happened, and the speed of sound just if you are wondering is
761km/h(at sea lvl).

A cooling tower for a Nuclear Reactors: Well we all know how they look like, those big smoking grey thinks, well they also have some hyperbolas. They are design in the for of ahyperbolas for a reason. They have to be strong and support high wind and it has to be build whit the leas material possible and well the hyperbolas make a hyperbolas makes a great job, so for that thehyperbolas is use in the Cooling tower on a Nuclear Reactor.

Architecture: Well in a lot of building hyperbolas are use and we don’t really see it, For example a lot of Airport are dicing usinghyperbolas and we don’t know, the Sagrada Famila in Barcelona got hyperbolas too!

Satellites: Well this is one of the cools I found, I did know but you need to use hyperbolas if you want to lunch asatellite to the space. You need first too use mathematical equations to predict the path is going to take adding is gravity influence and it heavy mass, so they use hyperbolas to predict its path...
