Are Reality And Truth The Same Thing?

The truth is an accepted fact that is influenced by a person´s past, life experiences, ways of thinking, and it´scontextualization. Truth varies from each person´s ideology and way of living, to it´s actual enforcement. For example, in Swimming to Antarctica Lynne´s truth is that she is going to achieve her goal and that herbody is going to endure the physical challenges that it faces during it´s journey, because she is a woman that wants to prove the world and herself that she can reach her goals, but the reality is thatthe water is at a temperature that her body won´t be able to embrace as her body will be affected by the influential physical factors that will cause damage and slow her performance.
