Are Reality And Truth The Same Thing?

Throughout the path of human evolution terms get created, some get transformed, and other get confused. Humans have three faculties that make us superior than any creature on the planet. Intelligenceis what makes us reason, volition is what makes us want , and freedom is what makes us decide. At different times in the history of mankind questions are asked, and is up to this three faculties tofind the most accurate answer; although, some questions are often answered mistakenly. For example: Are truth and reality the same thing? The response is incredibly subjective, as everyone´s truthdepends on their own reality, but the problem is, that there´s only one reality and many versions of the truth.

The truth is an accepted fact that is influenced by a person´s past, life experiences, ways of thinking, and it´scontextualization. Truth varies from each person´s ideology and way of living, to it´s actual enforcement. For example, in Swimming to Antarctica Lynne´s truth is that she is going to achieve her goal and that herbody is going to endure the physical challenges that it faces during it´s journey, because she is a woman that wants to prove the world and herself that she can reach her goals, but the reality is thatthe water is at a temperature that her body won´t be able to embrace as her body will be affected by the influential physical factors that will cause damage and slow her performance.
