This Project
The purpose of this project isto consolidate human resources data from all Liberty Mutual owned, international operations. To accomplish this task a weekly data extract will be collected from each country operation. To make automation of the import possible, the extract must be in a standardized format.

Q1. Which employees should show up in this extract?
A. Allemployees who do not have a termination date earlier than February 1st 2011. Include the same employees who are included in current headcount reporting process.
Q2. How often should this extract be generated?
A. An extract should be generated every Friday between the hours of 2:00pm and 4:00pm local time.
Q3. Should I include historical records about my employees?
A. No. One record containingcurrent status per employee is sufficient.
Q4. How long after an employee leaves the company should I continue to include them in the extract?
A. You should continue to send information on an employee for 12 months after the termination date.
Q5. What should my columns be named?
A. Each column in the extract should include a header that contains the name of that item in your sourcesystem. Please see the Data Column Naming section for more information.
Q6. I don’t have an N-Number, how do I upload my file?
If you do not have an N-Number, please follow the procedure to request and N-Number then follow the method given in

This field should contain employee’s actual paid salary for the period in local currency
Bonus actual
A. This field should contain acumulative YTD total from January 1st for key bonus payments for the pay period in local currency.
Formatting Specifications
Filename
The filename should consist of the following format: “OCSSDDMMYYYY.FFF”. To break this down into sections we have:
OC = Operation Code
SS = Country Stamp
DD = Day
MM = Month
YYYY = Year
