RESUMEN EJECUTIVO
El presente trabajo pretende proponer de una manera sencilla y desde la perspectiva de la Gestión del Cambio (materia de presente investigación), acciones tendientes a generar beneficios sociales y sustentables para la comuna de Sierra Gorda, ubicada en la II Región de Antofagasta, cuyo fin se verá plasmado en una propuesta de ordenamiento, en armonía con la principalactividad económica y vecina que allí se desarrolla: - la Minería - Para esto se han identificado distintas acciones tendientes a mejorar la la realidad comunal, tales como: la Generación de Microempresas, El Desarrollo en Educación, Desarrollo en Salud, Desarrollo de Negocios Locales, el Desarrollo de Iniciativas de Trabajos de Baja Calificación, el Desarrollo Comunitario, Programas Recreativos,Imagen de la Comuna, la Contaminación, Áreas Verdes, Turismo, Capacitación Comunal y Manejo de Energías Limpias.
Cabe señalar, que el método utilizado en el presente trabajo relaciona metodología de gestión del cambio con las propuestas del grupo curso, quienes se han dividido las diferentes acciones para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de Sierra Gorda, las cuales serán sintetizadas enel presente trabajo.
Finalmente, se presentará una conclusión respecto de la aplicabilidad de las acciones propuestas en razón del acercamiento entre comunidad y empresas mineras de la zona, siempre bajo la perspectiva de la responsabilidad, que le cabe a uno u otro actor clave en el necesario proceso de transformación.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The aim of this work is to propose in a simple wayand from the perspective of the change management (subject of this investigation), the actions to be taken in order to produce social and sustainable benefits for the Sierra Gorda town, located in the second region, Antofagasta. The objective will be established in a proposal for an harmonious arrangement focusing on the main activity that is being developed in the neighbouring town, mining. Toreach this objective, several actions have been identified, such as: Generation of Microcompanies; Education Development; Health Development; Local Business Development; Development of strategies for jobs that are not highly qualified, Development of the town; Recreation Programmes; Improve the image of the town; Pollution; Green Areas; Tourism; Local manpower training and Development of cleanSources of Energy.
It is worth pointing out that the method used in this work relates the methodology for the change management with the proposals made by the class students, who have taken over the different actions to improve the quality of life of the Sierra Gorda’s inhabitants, which will be summarized in the present work.
Finally, a conclusion will be presented regarding the aplicabilityof the proposed actions to bring closer the community and the mining companies of the region, bearing in mind the responsability that each party has in this process of transformation.
