Abstract
The Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) is a set of hardware requirements for implementing Universal Serial Bus (USB) audio, IEEE 1394 AV/C audio, and Intel High Definition Audio devices for personal computers that run the Microsoft® Windows Vista™ operating system. This paper provides an overview ofUAA for system manufacturers and manufacturers of audio devices.
