MEJORA DE LAS CONDICIONES DE VIDA DE LAS FAMILIAS DE PORCICULTORAS DEL PARQUE PORCINO DE VENTANILLA, MEDIANTE UN SISTEMA DE BIODIGESTION Y MANEJO INTEGRAL DE RESIDUOS SOLIDOS Y LIQUIDOS

ABSTRACT
The objective is to analyze and adapt it to create viable applicationof existing technologies to the use of manure, urine and pig housing wastewater as a feedstock for the production of biogas and other products that serve as a source of energy as reusing water and especially to improve the families (of pollution to the health and income). Thus arises designing a model farm house that allows you separate areas for different uses: housing, husbandry, installation ofdigesters, hemedales and productive areas
  Three manuals have been developed: one of construction, operation and maintenance of digesters, other construction, operation and maintenance of wetlands and finally construction, operation and maintenance of organic gardens and productive areas which were developed based on experience gained with photos and explanations the entire process. The savingsper month for each family obtained by the use of biogas is 64 soles, so
that within a year is 768 soles, also added the decline in the death rate of the animals, the estimated average annual saving new solespara 2480 a farm of 30 pigs

RESUMEN: Elobjetivo es analizar se adaptar y se hacer viable la aplicación de tecnologías existentes a la utilización de excretas, orines de cerdo y aguas residuales de las viviendas como materia prima para la producción de biogás y otros subproductos que sirvan como fuente de energía como la reutilización del agua y sobre todo para la mejora de las familias (menor contaminación a la salud e ingresoseconómicos). Por ello se plantea diseñar un modelo de casa-granja que permita separas las áreas para los diversos usos: viviendas, crianza de animales, instalación de biodigestores, hemedales y áreas productivas
Se han elaborado tres manuales: uno de construcción, operación y mantenimiento de biodigestores, otro de construcción, operación y mantenimiento de humedales y por ultimo construcción, operacióny mantenimiento de biohuertos y áreas productivas que fueron elaborados en base a experiencia desarrollada con fotos y explicaciones de todo el proceso. El ahorro por mes de cada familia obtenido por el uso de biogás es de 64 nuevos soles, lo que dentro de un año será 768 nuevos soles, también se añade la disminución del índice de mortalidad de los animales, se estima un promedio de ahorro alaño 2480 nuevos solespara una granja de 30 cerdos

INTRODUCTION: The park pig stop located outside the province of Callao, presents a bleak picture to look urban, environmental and public health. One of the major problems is the inadequatemanagement of solid and liquid waste.
This work is the product of the search for a comprehensive solution to serious social, economic and environmental living hundreds of families living in the park stop pig, Lima-Peru. The design work was that two models of digesters: one piece of 15m ^ 3 capacity and two sleeve 5 and 4.68m ^ 3 respectively well as the design, installation and monitoring wetlandsand organic gardens. Improving quality of life and economic health exploiting both municipal waste for energy, fertilizer and water purification for use as livestock farming. (environmental conditions, functionality, lower costs, animal welfare as well as environmental impact).
