1. Light- symbolizes our goals, which give us direction when we feel the emptiness of walking without knowing a specific track.
The children who live in the sewersmatch with this symbol.
These children, who are homeless, live in the nasty sewers with the existence of rats where the odor is nasty and cold waters in it, their everyday life in drug themselves forthe denying of hunger and coldness.
2. The sunflower- represents the rising of life and purposes even in the worst circumstances.
With this symbol we match people like Blanca, Milton, and Viviana.Blanca only had thirteen years when she had her first baby, Milton. This young girl suffered a lot when having Milton in the sewer. Now a day’s Milton and Viviana are excellent students andpermanently communicate with his mom, who cares a lot for her sons who plays a double role of mom and dad. These two kids suffered but overcome difficulties with strengths.
3. The path- represents thesteps with which we can overcome and understand of everything around us.
Hugo and Luz Mary are the example of this case.
Luz Mary with twelve years and Hugo with nineteen lived in a sewer, Hugo alwaysfelt rejected by the society and by his mom, the only person who consoled him with sweet actions was Luz Mary. With tenacity both stopped consuming drugs and came out of that “black hole”.
4.Water- symbolizes pureness and tranquility.
