 Does not deal with what is good or what is bad.  Deals with what grammarians believes to be right, wrong; good or bad language used.
 Accepts alternative language forms that are usedregionally and also is open to forms used in speech.  Has a less variation available within it than spoken English.
 Synthesises rules for English usage from a language that people really used.  Workswith the rules for English language usage.
 Attempts to describe the natural form and function of a language through scientific methods.  Does not accurately describe the form and function of naturallanguage.
 It is based on the real use of language.  IT is based on ideas about what language should be.
 It just happens, for example: they are not part of a native language for a child.  Itmust be learned.
 Believes about descriptive rules are uniform across speaker.  Believes about prescriptive rules are not generally uniform across speakers.

In conclusion, according to the textand these sources that have mentioned above, it can be admitted that there are many differences between Prescriptive and Descriptive grammar. However, the most important and the sense of thesedifferences are just based in these two things: prescriptive grammar is the one used an analysed by the linguists and it is based on the correct used of the language rules. Meanwhile, descriptive grammar isthe language analysed by some linguists known as descriptivists in a systematic and objective way, which means in what they can observe in the real use of language.
