Humanistic Theory –
Holistic approach to understanding human psychology. This is focused on meaning, values, spirituality and self- actualization. This theory got me, whenyou help an individual you are helping more than one person. Think about the mother with a mental illness; this is a very important person in the society. This is a woman who race children to be theadult for the future and we need a good future. The counseling is a wonderful tool to work with children, adolescent, adults and elderly peoples. The education is an important act into the society tolive together and respect others. But I understand this is a good way to dig in to the individual to make them understand themselves first and look the living people around with beast and positivethoughts.
Humanistic psychology helped remove some of the stigma attached to therapy and made it more acceptable for normal, healthy individuals to explore their abilities and potential throughtherapy.

Instinct and Evolutionary –
Theory is a theory of motivation suggesting that human behaviors are a result of evolutionary adaptation.
The motivation is a good key to have on it. The mayorparts of the people are hard workers, mental illness, single mothers etc. When someone is in difficult circumstances a litter boost is goooooood. But let’s talk about the workers, the employees, theadolescent or children’s. Everyone had to finish something why not dare them in some way. Motivate them, say something nice to that person, give a bonus for Christmas or make a certificate to the...
