Atomic Bomb
A nuclear weapon is an explosive device that derives its destructive force from nuclear reactions, either fission or a combination of fission and fusion. Both reactions releasevast quantities of energy from relatively small amounts of matter. Depending on the design of the atomic bomb and the environment in which it is detonated the energy distributed can be increasedor decreased.
In World War II United States decided to create a bomb to revenge Pearl Harbor attack. On August 6, 1945, United States planes dropped an atomic bomb in Hiroshima, Japan. Threedays later U.S.A decides to attack again, the city of Nagasaki. After that peace was reached.
Atomic bomb effects are huge. Atomic bombs could dramatically affect environment, people, andcities. The radiation that an atomic bomb contains, kills millions of people, destroyed whole cities and make environments an infertile place that can’t be repaired. Radiation cause in peoplediseases as cancer, tumors and cysts, because of its exposure to radiation. The succeed generation were born with abnormalities.
United States government were extremely devastated, as a growingcountry their ambitions grown, but their scientist had different expectatives that government could cover, both forgot human values, also they were in war but this measures were exaggerated.Scientists were blind by some ambitions, and even if they know the effects that an atomic bomb could make, they wouldn’t stop, so they ignore them, also nationalism in that important era whereU.S.A had to be trough gave every civilian enthusiasm to kill the enemy.
I think it was an hurried decision and an irresponsible one. War was the most mistake human beings could ever made, somuch cruelty, without any human value or any kind of sense, every decision that wasn’t looking for peace, was terrible wrong and their own followers had to pay with their family, with their life.
