AIRPORT RECEPTION INFORMATION
Dear Student, Thank you for choosing Airport Reception. It is very important that you understand this letter and have it in hand upon arrival in Toronto. If you do notunderstand this letter, please have your agent explain it to you before leaving your home country.

Please call this number if: • Yourflight number changes or you are delayed. • You cannot find your luggage after looking for 30 minutes. • You cannot find you driver at the airport. You must call this number right away from the city inwhich you encounter any of the above inconveniences. DO NOT wait until you have arrived in Toronto or you may lose your pick up service and the cost of the driver. When you call the Emergency Number: •Say and spell your name. • Explain why you are calling. If you can not call the emergency number by yourself, please ask someone to help you. • Ask the airline staff or an airport official(information booth). • Phone your agent to pass on the information. When you arrive in Toronto, go to the “Arrivals” area. Look for a sign with your name on it. The person holding the sign is your driver.
