RESUMEN
Las relaciones internacionales han avanzado con el tiempo, pasando de ser una herramienta útil a disposición del derecho internacional y la historia diplomática a ser una ciencia, la ciencia de la sociedad internacional.
El objeto de las relaciones internacionales ha sido un tema estudiado y analizado por variosexpertos, los cuales dependiendo de el paradigma desde el cual hallan escogido estudiar las relaciones internacionales, tendrán diferentes punto de vista sobre la finalidad de esta ciencia, esta finalidad varía radicalmente dependiendo del punto de vista de cada actor, algunos afirmarán que las relaciones internacionales son tan solo una lucha por el poder, otros van mas allá y dicen que lasrelaciones internacionales son mas que relaciones políticas, incluyendo otros factores como los culturales, económicos y tecnológicos.

RÉSUMÉ
Les relations internationales ont évolué au fil du temps d'être un outil utile à la disposition de droit international et de l'histoire diplomatique d'être une science, la science de la société internationale.
L'objet des relations internationales a été un sujet étudié et analysé par divers experts, qui, selon le paradigme à partir delaquelle sont choisis pour étudier les relations internationales, ont des vues différentes sur le but de cette science, cet effet varie radicalement selon du point de vue de chaque acteur, certains prétendent que les relations internationales sont juste une lutte pour le pouvoir, d'autres vont plus loin et affirment que les relations internationales ne sont que des relations politiques, y comprisd'autres facteurs tels que culturel, économique et technologique.

ABSTRACT
Internationalrelations have progressed over time from being a useful tool at the disposal of international law and diplomatic history to be a science, the science of international society.
The object of international relations has been a topic studied and analyzed by various experts, which, depending on the paradigm from which are chosen to study international relations, have different views on the purpose ofthis science, this purpose varies radically depending the point of view of each actor, some claim that international relations are just a struggle for power, others go further and say that international relations are merely political relations, including other factors such as cultural, economic and technological.
