Manualpocket Sartorius operating method
1. Holding the machine the right hand four fingers hold theunit base,the thumb put on the top of the unit body,evenly hold it.
2. Threading see figure 2. Slightly pull out thread on the spool. Thread loop A, then induct regulartor Bthrough inductive loop, C temporarily put the thrum beside the needle. Thread through the needle hole, induct the thrum, pin the 2 a 3 cm pressure plate for use.
3. Putting the cloth, lift up the pressure plate withright forefinger and put the woven depth less than 0.8mm under the plassure plate. Pin the weven. Figure3
4. Operating hold the woven with left hand then quickly pin the upper cover top with the right hand thumb to the bottom. Loosen the thumb, the upper cover willbound back to the original position. Pin down again and repeat the above step. Cloth derivery system will automatically send the tobe sewed to the left side. The right hand moves towards right whele the left one moves towards left till you finish sewing. See figure4.
5. Ending cut the thrum with scissors. Lift pressure plate to take out the woven. Pull out the last thrum from the inverse woven. Make it enter the loop besides and tighten. See figure5. Make sure not to snap the thrum to avoid breaking the pinhead or stitch.6. Themachine can automatically introduce the cloth and regulate the degree of tightness between the stitches, it is ,however, necessary to pay attention to the following points see figure6. A. stitch too loose figure A regulate nuts anti clockwise. B. stitch too tight figure B regulate nuts clockwise. See figure6 if the the thrum needs enlarging you may pull the cloth quicker with theleft hand and vice versa.
7. Change the clew.use 50y90 cooton thread or compound thread to reach the best performance.
8. Change the needle loosen the fixed screw and take out thebroken needle.see figure7 fix a new needle. Note fix the screw.do not fix adversely. Needle type dhx14. If there is any question, please feel free to ask us.
