Back pain

it´s a pain that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine, may have a sudden onset, can be a chronicpain; constant or intermittent, may be stay in one place or radiate to other areas, such as the arms, hands, the legs or feet, and may include symptoms other thanpain, such as weakness, numbness or tingling. Back pain is one of humanity's most frequent complaints. The spine is a complex interconnecting network of nerves,joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments, and all are capable of producing pain..
Back pain may have a sudden onset or can be a constant or intermittent, stay in one placeor radiate to other areas. It may be a dull ache, or a sharp or piercing or burning sensation..

Classification
Back pain can be divided anatomically in neck pain,middle back pain, lower back pain or tailbone pain.
By its duration: acute, subacute, and chronic.
By its cause nonspecific, spinal stenosis, and back painassociated with another specific cause such as infection or cancer.

Causes
There are several potential sources. Among the possible causes of pain in muscle injuriesinclude muscle tissue, muscle spasms, muscle imbalances, spinal disc herniation, osteoarthritis, trauma, pregnancy.

Diagnosis
In the most common cases of back pain,professionals indicate no need to go immediately for a diagnosis and treatment can begin to reduce pain. In most cases, the pain disappeared naturally after a fewweeks.

Treatments
Some of these treatments for pain are
• Heat therapy.
• Medicines use of muscle relaxants.
• Massage therapy,
• And surgery in special cases
