BANQUET CONTRACT

Both parties mutually recognize the full capacity to enter into this contract in accordance withthe following:

CLAUSES

First-For this contract, the parties agree to the holding by the user in the halls of an event provider whose services and pricing described below and develop the nextTuesday 07/09.

To this end we reserve the Town Hall St. Légier room with capacity
for up to 300 pax, from 12:00 to 15:30 the day mentioned.

Second- Those attending the event will be 300 people."The Client" has a term of 5 (five) business days after signing the contract to cancel without liability. And if the cancellation is made after these 5 (five) working days, "the Customer" is required topay 10% of the total contract event coordinator as compensation. This does not apply if the date of service is at 10 (ten) business days or less of signing the contract.

Upon signing the contract,"the customer" will leave a minimum deposit of 10% of the total package for expenditures prior to the event. The rest will go to pay for the number of payments agreed between both parties.

Fourth-The package cost is $40211 least $17500 in advance being a duty $22711 with lyrics (twenty two thousand seven hundred eleven).
According to the number of persons mentioned at the end of the secondclause. This cost will be covered in local currency, cash or check tax.

Fifth- Service Banquet will be served by 2 waiters for food and 1 waiter for beverage for 10 people.

Sixth-The serviceincludes:


Square tables of 10 people (including 1 table of honour)
1 round flower arrangement per table
Musicians: 4 people from 12:00 to 15:30 $3200 (group)
A menu for 4...
