ESSAY BEER AND CLIMATE CHANGE? Well I suppose the beer besides to be a distraction (not abusing) in moment of stress, in my career it´s difficult to find an application, but let´s try. Many times isdifficult to relation two concepts when we are not familiarized to create new ideas, nonetheless in the next lines I´m going to explain the relation between the beer and climate change, this substanceconceived in the genesis of the civilizations is the solution to the impetuous climate changes which affect us today? The brewery process bored at the beginnings of the society, now the beer could befor us an excuse to share with friends, meet people or just enjoy the bittersweet taste. The ingredients of an exquisite beer are elementals, these are: water, sugar, barley, hops and yeast. Now,considering the quantity of these, to satisfy a thirsty world, is to think big, for that reason different countries collaborate with the exportation of those products to seduce your palate, but also ifjust the wide barley fields were substituted by extensive forest the capacity to generate clean air increase barely. But eliminate the production of beer is not a feasible option, never. In the otherhand, at the brewery the production of beer gives as a result, waste, such as: carbon dioxide and solid organic waste, is a reality that the CO2 take advantage, because it is used in the carbonateddrinks, solid organic waste is used like bran to nourish cattle. Is obvious that the brewery production is a clean and friendly process, undoubtedly it doesn’t damage the environment, notwithstanding itwould be a change factor, in an administrative level, with the exorbitant earnings that leaves the beer, is possible to impulse programs of local development, the objective of this is to createsustainable communities, invest funds in the preservation of protected areas and recuperation of lakes.
