BENCHMARKING APPLIED TO TASCA NEWMARKET AND SUGGESTIONS This assignment will explain the Benchmarking’ concepts, also it will apply these definitions to Tasca Newmarket, company that have been object of study for others courses; initially the manufacturing Performance Questionnaire will be completed; it will give us more clear idea about the actual company situation and how it is perceived bythe people involved; this document also will include the analysis of the resources accuracy and relevance; subsequent the answers to this questions will be used to draw a graph, and the key areas will be identify in which Tasca Newmarket (TN) needs to improve; this graph will be based on the importance of the factor for the company itself and the current performance. Finally a benchmarking proposalwill be presented to address the priority area(s) in which the company has an improvement’ opportunity.

b) Describe what information you used to arrive at each answer, e.g. knowledge of the organisation's objectives/visions, personal experience of the organisation and how itoperates, talking to other staff, feedback from customers etc. During the realization of these questionary three different resources were used, the first one was the Tasca Group Statement and Vision, as follow:

To be sought after as an employer by highcaliber staff who understand our Mission Statement and want to be a part of it.

Besides it, I have been supporting my analysis with the information obtain a few months ago from the TANGSERV questionary, applied to the intern and extern customers of TN, this with the aim of helped me to understand and conceptualized the theory of Quality Service and how it can be perceived by the customers, staff,owners and suppliers.
